Motorola One Power - Too powerful ?

The last couple of quarters has not been so good for the Lenovo owned Motorola ,but the fate of the company seems to be changing with the launch of its new smartphone " Motorola one power" in India  (P30 Note) in other regions. The phone is an online exclusive flipkart and is available in only one variant (4Gb/64Gb) black colour . The phone has the powerful mid-ranger The snapdragon 636 which we have seen in any phones like the Redmi note 5 pro
,
the Asus zenfone max pro M1, the
nokia 6.1 plus (nokia x6), and from these we have seen excellent performance without any doubt. it has dual cameras to the back having a 16+5MP which from the initial shots looks much promising. the front 12Mp camera is also not behind, both the front and rear cameras took some serious shots with support for portrait mode. It has a big 15.7cm (6.2inch) FHD+ display with a much controversial notch like the iPhone X. The most interesting part is that it is an android one device meaning it will get android updates much faster than its competition as it is a purest form of android (AOSP). All this is backed up with a whopping 5000mAh battery with support for fastcharing and a 18W Turbo charger is also included in the box. With these specs and mammoth battery it seems to be a tough contestant for the undisputed King of the ring - The Redmi Note 5 pro.

Here is the thing the company shocked me a lot is regarding its pricing. All these cool features and a modern looking phone like this costs Rs 15999 only!! From my past experiences of Moto G6 and G6 Plus(SD 630 at Rs.22499) I thought it would be priced around 25K mark, but they have priced it very aggressively  with a tough competition.

I am also very much glad that they have listened to the end customers and have put the fingerprint scanner inside the logo and provided a much needed Type-C port without omitting the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The registration has already been started and the first sale is going to be held on 5th October at 12.00 noon on Flipkart (Flash sale)
